Privacy
This page describes how HR KnowledgeSuite handles personal information. It is a product statement, not a finalized legal privacy policy. A full policy will be published before general availability.
Candidate consent
Candidates control profile visibility and record separate consent for employer visibility, marketing, email, SMS and data processing, including when consent is granted and withdrawn.
Employee privacy
Employee records are scoped to a single employer organization. Sensitive fields such as compensation are restricted to authorized HR roles and enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.
Data access and deletion
Candidates can request a copy of their data and can begin an account deletion request from their settings. Deletion always requires an explicit confirmation step.
Retention
Records use soft deletion where appropriate so that removals can be reviewed and audited before data is permanently destroyed.
Certifications
HR KnowledgeSuite does not currently claim any third-party security or compliance certification. We will only publish certification badges once formally achieved.
