Terms of Service

HR KnowledgeSuite is in active development. These terms are a placeholder summary of the agreement that will govern the service. Final legal terms will be published before general availability, and we will notify account owners when they take effect.

Customer data. Each employer organization owns the data it puts into its workspace. HR KnowledgeSuite stores it in an isolated tenant and does not share it with other organizations.

Acceptable use. Accounts may not be used to store data unrelated to legitimate HR and workforce activity, or to attempt access to another organization's workspace.

Availability. Modules still in development are labeled in the product and are not covered by service commitments.
